Processing Time: All orders undergo a quality control and processing phase of 3–7 business days prior to dispatch.

Delivery Timeline: Average delivery times are between 14–21 business days. However, due to potential logistical delays, customs inspections, or "Force Majeure" events (such as war, strikes, pandemics, or local postal failures), delivery may take up to 60 business days.

Non-Refundable Window: No refunds or "Item Not Received" claims will be processed if the package is still within the 60-business-day delivery window.

Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's sole responsibility to provide accurate shipping details. The Company is not liable for packages undelivered due to incorrect addresses or failure to collect the package from the local distribution point. Unclaimed packages returned to the sender will incur a 30% restocking and logistics fee.

Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by your country's customs department. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
