Refund policy

Mandatory Unboxing Video (Strict Requirement): As a strictly enforced condition for any claim regarding damage, defects, or missing items, the customer MUST provide a continuous, unedited video of the unboxing process. The video must clearly show the shipping label, the sealed exterior of the package, the opening process, and the initial testing of the device. Without this video evidence, all claims will be summarily denied with no right of appeal.

Hygiene Exclusion: In accordance with public health regulations, items that have been removed from their original packaging or used (even once) are Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable due to the nature of cosmetic products and skin-contact hygiene.

Return Logistics: All return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Returns are only accepted if the product is in its original, sealed, and unused condition. Returns must be sent to our designated international logistics center; please contact support for the specific address.

Cancellation Fees: Cancellations made after payment but before shipping are subject to a 5% cancellation fee or a fixed processing fee as permitted by law.
